Brownie Bottom Bourbon Pie
Ingredients
1 brownie mix
5 egg yolks
150 gr sugar
60 ml water
7/8 bourbon
700 ml cream
2 pie tins
240 ml cream
Instructions
chill 4 hours. Top with remaining cream whipped with a pinch of salt & sugar to taste.Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top. ----
