Ingredients

130 gr sugar
1 gr salt
325 gr corn syrup
130 gr sweet cooking chocolate
45 gr butter
3 eggs
4 gr vanilla
1 pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Combine sugar, salt and cyrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and butter and stir until melted and smooth. Cool. Gradually beat chocolate mixture into beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Mix well. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shell.Bake at 180ºC or 50 minutes.Cool. May serve with ice cream.
