Budget: Chicken Korma

Ingredients

60 gr blanched almonds
6 garlic
16 gr gingerroot
30 ml vegetable oil
525 gr chicken thighs
3 bay leaves
2 onions
1 cinnamon stick
2 gr coriander
2 gr cumin
2 gr cardamom
3 gr salt
1 gr cayenne pepper
120 ml yogurt
1 coriander
80 ml water until smooth
120 ml water
8 gr at a time
7 1/2 cdn mar

Instructions

Serve with bowls of chutney, toasted almonds and yogurt.
