Buffalo Chicken Wings With Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
85 gr butter
60 ml pepper sauce
18 chicken wings
60 gr blue cheese
120 ml mayonnaise
120 ml sour cream
16 ml lemon juice
16 ml wine vinegar
1 oil
Instructions
sauce. Sauce: In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some clumps. Whisk in the mayonnaise until blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
