Bulgur Patties
Ingredients
240 ml boiling water
65 gr am bulgur wheat
60 gr onion
30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
5 ml chicken broth
1 gr garlic powder
2 gr non-alum baking powder
95 gr am garbanzo flour
120 ml water
Instructions
Add bulghur and onion to boiling water. Stir, cover, and simmer till water is absorbed (5 to 10 minutes). Add remaining ingredients. Shape into patties on hot, oiled griddle. Brown on both sides.
