Bushel Of Cookies

Ingredients

650 gr raisins fine
1 pecans fine
1,100 gr butter soft
2,200 gr sugar
12 eggs
325 gr maple syrup
950 ml milk
50 gr vanilla extract
1,900 gr quick-cooking oats
2,600 gr all purpose flour
55 gr baking powder
55 gr baking soda
6 gr salt
2 packages butterscotch chips

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, a few at a time, mixing well after each. Add syrup, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and pecans. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into oat mixture. Fold in chips. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Drop by round tablespoons 5 cm apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC for 15 minutes.
