Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients

325 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
170 gr dark brown sugar
100 gr sugar
110 gr margarine
3 egg whites
30 ml honey
4 gr vanilla extract
3 gr almond extract
230 gr butterscotch chips
240 gr semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300. Mix together flour, soda, and salt and set aside. In a large bowl, blend brown and white sugars. Add margarine and mix with electric mixer. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Add egg whites, honey, vanilla and almond extracts to sugar mixture. Beat until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add flour mixture, butterscotch, and chocolate chips and mix on low speed just until combined. Do not overmix. Drop by rounded tablespoon. Onto ungreased cookie sheets about 5 cm apart.
