Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients

250 gr flour
10 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
8 gr shortening
180 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Sift and cut in shortening. Stir in buttermilk. When thoroughtly mixed, turn onto a lightly-floured board, knead, and roll to about 1 cm tickness. Put on greased baking pan and brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 230ÂșC or dozen to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
