Buttermilk Pancakes With Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients

250 gr flour
26 gr sugar
9 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
475 ml buttermilk
2 eggs
55 gr butter
40 gr brown sugar
8 gr cornstarch
120 ml orange juice
300 gr strawberries
1/2 blueberries

Instructions

Recipe by: Milk Advisory Board To make pancakes combine dry ingredients, add milk, eggs and melted butter. Stir until moistened (there should be some lumps). Use one third cup batter for each pancake. Makes 15 4-inch pancakes. To make sauce, combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice. Heat in saucepan until thickened, add straw berries. Use to top pancakes and garnish with blueberries.
