110 gr butter 400 gr sugar 9 gr vanilla 3 eggs 24 gr flour 1 gr salt 240 ml buttermilk 1 pie shell 9 unbaked 65 gr pecans 100 gr sugar at a time
Instructions
flour and salt; add small amount at a time. Add buttermilk. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie crust; pour custard mix over the pecans and bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 150ÂșC . The top browns as it cooks. Best served at room temperature.
