Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

110 gr melted margarine
250 gr sugar
190 gr flour
2 eggs
240 ml buttermilk
1 lemon extract
9 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Mix sugar and flour together. Add eggs, then margarine. Stir in buttermilk. Add lemon extract. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 200ÂșC 30 to 35 minutes until pie is set. Serve at room temperature.
