Buttermilk Rye Bread

Ingredients

325 ml buttermilk
325 ml water
70 gr buttermilk powder
375 gr bread flour
1 tbs
3 gluten
4 gr salt
22 gr butter
28 gr brown sugar
1 gr baking soda
1 gr caraway seeds
12 gr star dry yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. This is a very reliable recipe that works well in our Hitachi 10
