Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients

130 gr sifted flour
2 gr baking powder
1 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
65 gr nuts
75 gr butter
220 gr brown sugar
1 egg
4 gr vanilla
130 gr chocolate bits

Instructions

Combine first five ingredients and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar, mix well. Cool slightly. Add beaten egg and vanilla, blend. Add flour mixture slowly, beating with each addition. Spread in greased 9x9 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate bits on top. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool in pan. Cut into bars.
