Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

130 gr shortening
450 gr brown sugar
2 eggs
375 gr flour
140 gr nuts
2 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, nuts, sifted flour with soda, salt and baking powder. Chill in roll, slice and bake at 180ÂșC or 10 to dozen minutes.
