Cabbage-pineapple Salad

Ingredients

270 gr cabbage
475 gr unsweetened pineapple
26 gr sugar replacement
1 gr salt
1/2 lo-cal whipped topping

Instructions

(prepared) Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt. Stir to dissvole sugar replacement. Allow to rest at room temperaturem for 1.5 to 2 hours. Drain thoroughly. Fold topping into cabbage mixture. Food Exchange per serving: half FRUIT EXCHANGE CAL: 28
