Cake Doughnuts

Ingredients

600 gr flour
200 gr sugar
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
24 gr shortening
2 eggs
180 ml milk
3 deep
30 secon beat on speed

Instructions

with wide spatula. Turn doughnuts as they rise to surface. Fry until golden brown, 1- 1.5 min. on each side. Remove from oil; do not prick doughnuts. Drain on paper towels. Serve plain, sugared, or frosted. 2 Dozen Doughnuts. I shake them in a bag of powdered sugar. MMMmmmmmmmmmm Good!!!! Only one problem with this recipe......it doesn't make enough!! These doughnuts are so good that once you start eating them, you can't stop!
