Canal Street Brownies

Ingredients

85 gr unsifted flour
2 gr baking powder
200 gr sugar
2 packages bakers redi-blend chocolate
60 gr broken walnuts
1 gr salt
2 eggs
75 gr pareve margarine
4 gr vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine flour, salt, and bvaking powder; set aside. Beat eggs well; gradually blend in sugar. Beat in margarine, and Redi-Blend, then blend in the flour mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 20 cm square pan and bake at 180ºC . abt. 25 min. Cool in pan; then cut in squares. Makes abt. 20 brownies.
