Can't Fail Fudge

Ingredients

4 miniature marshmallows
160 ml evaporated milk
55 gr butter
300 gr sugar
1 gr salt
350 gr semisweet chocolate
4 gr vanilla
65 gr nuts

Instructions

Combine marshmallows, milk, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to full boil. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces, beating until melted. Do not overbeat. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 23 cm square pan. Chill until firm. Makes 2.5 pounds
