Cappuccino Brownies With White Chocolate Sauc

Ingredients

160 ml whipping cream
1/4 brewed caf godiva special
160 gr imported chocolate
1 gr nutmeg
1 1/2 sticks butter
16 gr unsweetened chocolate
2 brewed caf godiva special -roast
1 gr cinnamon
300 gr sugar
3 eggs
95 gr all purpose flour
85 gr bittersweet
100 gr hazelnuts
9 baking with
2 high sides with foil
300 gr sugar

Instructions

from the pan. Fold down the foil sides. Using a 10 cm round cookie cutter, cut out 4 rounds, preserving the scraps for another use. 2.Place one brownie on each plate. Cover with chocolate curls. Spoon the warm sauce around the brownies. Sift sugar over each serving. Contributed by Bon Appetit.
