Caraway Puffins

Ingredients

45 gr butter
120 ml creamed cottage cheese
65 gr sugar
1 egg
2 gr lemon peel
3/4 caraway seed
1 1/2 biscuit mix
120 ml milk

Instructions

Cream butter, cottage cheese and sugar. Add grated Lemon peel, caraway seed and egg. Beat with mixer til smooth. Stir in biscuit mix and milk alternately. Do not beat. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling two third full. Bake at 200ÂșC or 20 min. or til lightly browned.
