Caribbean Shrimp And Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

475 gr black beans
1 slice green
50 gr thinly celery
40 gr thinly onion
5/8 salsa
18 gr cilantro
30 ml vegetable oil
30 ml honey
1 lime
30 ml juice
160 gr cherry tomato

Instructions

Combine shrimp, beans, pepper, celery and onion in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients (except tomatoes), add half tsp salt and mix well. Pour over shrimp mixture; toss lightly to coat.
