Carob Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

240 ml honey
45 ml unrefined vegetable oil
4 eggs
9 gr vanilla
240 ml milk
280 gr am multi blend flour
14 gr non-alum baking powder
1 gr sea salt
16 gr cinnamon
4 carob powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ºC . Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix. Add eggs and blend with a spoon. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well. Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly. Grease and flour bundt pan or 33 cm x 23 cm cake pan. Pour batter into pan and top with half cup chopped nuts. Bake at 180ºC . for 30-35 minutes.
