Carob Poundcake

Ingredients

650 gr soft butter
350 ml honey
6 eggs
375 gr wheat flour
1/2 carob powder
9 gr baking powder
240 ml milk
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Cream butter and honey together.Beat in eggs well.Sift dry ingredients and alterantely with the milk and vanilla. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. bake 160ÂșC or 1.25 to 1.5 hours or tested done.Note: you may substitute white flour for part of the whole wheat flour Recipe By :
