Carole's Pasta Salad With Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
4 garlic
7 gr basil
6 gr sugar
5 ml dry mustard
16 ml lemon juice
30 ml wine vinegar
6 gr kosher salt
3 gr black pepper
300 ml olive oil
2 zucchinis
40 gr fusilli
3 chicken breast
2 tomatoes
3 green onions
12 black greek olives
36 gr pine nuts
60 gr parm cheese
6 gr salt
3 gr pepper
220 gr steam zucchini
36 gr dressing
Instructions
green onions. Adjust seasonings and dressings to taste. Spoon salad onto a platter. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives and pine nuts on top. Pass cheese separately.
