Carrot-banana Cake

Ingredients

250 gr all purpose flour
8 gr cinnamon
9 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
240 ml vegetable oil
200 gr sugar
200 gr firmly packed golden brown
4 eggs
190 gr carrots
240 ml pineapple in juice
75 gr mashed ripe bananas
100 gr pecans
1 frosting
230 ml pkg cream cheese
200 gr powdered sugar
26 gr butter
1 gr cinnamon additional cinnamon for cake preheat oven
12 bundt

Instructions

FOR FROSTING: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and quarter teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread frosting over the cake.
