Carrot-raisin Brownies

Ingredients

325 gr brown sugar packed
110 gr butter
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
190 gr flour unsifted
1 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
2 gr baking powder
85 gr raisins
190 gr carrots
60 gr walnuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC (moderate). Grease a 9by 33 cm baking pan. Mix sugar and fat. Add eggs and vanilla; beat. Stir in dry ingredients. Add raisins and carrots; stir. Spread mixture into baking pan; sprinkle with walnuts. Bake about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; cut into squares. Calories per brownie: About 150
