Carrot-Apricot Casserole

Ingredients

1 package apricots
1 package apricot nectar
2 bellgian carrots
110 gr firmly packed brown sugar
55 gr butter
32 gr slivered almonds

Instructions

Soak apricots in nectar overnight. Put 1 jar carrots into a two quart casserole. Top with half the apricots, half the apricot nectar, and quarter C brown sugar. Dot with 2 T butter, repeat layers. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake, covered at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Recipe By : ----
