Carrot Bisque

Ingredients

5 slices bacon
250 gr carrots
6 green onions
85 gr mushrooms
3 stalks celery
2 sprigs thyme
1 bay leaf
950 ml chicken broth
240 ml water
240 ml cream
1 salt

Instructions

2. Remove bay leaf. Place soup in a food processor and process until smooth. Return mixture to pot over low heat. Add cream and salt and pepper to taste. Heat until warm.
