Carrot Bread

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
180 ml natural applesauce
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
190 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
130 gr carrots
170 gr golden raisins

Instructions

In a bowl, mix sugar, applesauce, eggs and vanilla. In a smaller bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Ad to applesauce mixture with carrots and raisons. Bake in two buttered 5.75-by-3-by- 5 cm loaf pans at 180ÂșC or 40 to 45 minutes.
