250 gr flour 400 gr sugar 8 gr cinnamon 10 ml soda 160 ml cooking oil 260 gr carrots 4 eggs 140 gr nuts 1 nbsp 1 package cream cheese 55 gr margarine 4 gr vanilla 100 gr powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees one hour, or until done. Cool. Frost with the following frosting, if desired.
Frosting:Mix all ingredients well. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
