Ingredients

7 ml vegetable oil
130 gr unbleached flour
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
2 eggs
1 gr cardamom seeds
200 gr granulated sugar
55 gr softened clarified butter
190 gr carrots firmly packed
18 gr pistachios
16 gr blanched almonds
28 gr raisins
9 in diameter
1/2 in height with the vegetable oil
130 gr flour with the baking soda

Instructions

the top is golden red. Decorate top with edible silver foil. *
