Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients

4 eggs
14 gr brown sugar
20 ml vegetable oil
4 gr vanilla
325 gr instant dry milk powder
95 gr wheat flour
9 gr baking soda
5 gr cinnamon
375 gr carrots
250 gr pineapple
40 gr dark raisins

Instructions

Spray an 20 cm tube pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla; beat well. With mixer at low speed, beat in milk powder, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, until throroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingrediends. Pour into pan and bake 40-45 minutes, until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan; drizzle with CREAM CHEESE GLAZE.
