Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

1,100 gr carrot
1 onion
110 gr butter
120 gr velveeta cheese

Instructions

x Crushed Pototo Chips Directions:

1. Boil carrots until half done in small amount of water.

2. Drain and place in casserole.

3. Add rest of ingredients.

4. Cover with crushed potato chips.

5. Bake at 180ÂșC or 35 45 minutes. Bob Hogan
