16 gr wheat pastry
7 gr baking soda
7 ml cream of tartar
4 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
350 ml honey
80 ml pineapple juice
9 gr vanilla
4 egg whites
90 gr carrot baby food
170 gr raisins
9 round nonstick baking pans

Instructions
This is a delicious cake! Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or frosted with melted fruit preserves if you don't have a lowfat frosting recipe.
