Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients

16 ml canola oil
2 ml black mustard seeds
1 gr cumin seeds
1 green chili
4 curry leaves
6 gr garlic
1 gr salt
4 gr coriander
2 gr cumin
1/4 tumeric
1 gr chili powder
300 gr tomatoes
12 gr tomato paste
5 ml honey
1 cauliflower florets
140 gr potatoes
200 gr peas
60 ml water
30 ml lemon juice
4 gr cilantro

Instructions

over medium heat 10 minute or until potatoes are done. Add lemon juice and cilantro, mix and serve. Per serving: 179 calories; 4.7 g. fat; 0 mg. cholesterol; 14.3 g. fiber.
