Cauliflower Pie

Ingredients

3 cauliflower flowerets
230 ml nonfat sour cream
120 gr egg beaters
99 egg substitute
30 gr feta cheese
3 gr garlic powder
2 gr dill
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
36 gr bread crumbs
1 gr paprika

Instructions

Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or till tender. Drain. Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Pour over cauliflower. Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake, uncovered at 190ºC or 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
