Cereal Crunch Coffee Cake
Ingredients
75 gr margarine
28 gr brown sugar
1 1/2 cereal nuggets
1 gr cinnamon
16 gr flour
170 gr raisins
7 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 gr nutmeg
1 egg
240 ml skim milk
45 gr wheat flakes
8 baking with
5 gr margarine
26 gr sugar
Instructions
batter, pressing gently into the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
