Ingredients

250 gr shrimp
210 gr snapper fillets skinned
16 ml olive oil
16 ml orange juice
16 ml vinegar
120 ml lime juice
8 gr garlic
7 gr onion
65 gr bell pepper
1 jalapeo
1 gr cumin
3 gr salt
1 gr cilantro leaves
2 passion fruit pure
1 slice endive lettuce for pepper
1 available in the freezer section of fiesta marts
