Chapel's Kaferian Apple Pie

Ingredients

1 pie crust
150 gr sugar
65 gr flour
1 gr salt
45 gr butter
8 kaferian apples
60 ml milk
1 egg
1/2 packages brown sugar if you get kaferian apples
9 pie
3/8 crumbs
3/4 in size

Instructions

overfull and piled high all over, though not so much so that chunks spill out. Gently sprinkle the remaining two third of the crumbs over the apple chunks. Wipe out the bowl and beat the milk and egg together in it; then pour the mixture as evenly as possible over the crumbs and apples. Bake at 220ºC or 15 minutes and then at 180ºC or another 35 minutes, or until done. The pie may be served with whipped cream. ----
