Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes

Ingredients

8 shiitakes
16 ml olive oil
1 tamari
8 gr garlic
3 gr rosemary
7 gr maple syrup
5 ml sesame oil

Instructions

Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
