Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

28 gr margarine
1 slice onion
120 ml milk
1 gr pepper
4 slices potatoes

Instructions

-(about 3.5 cups) In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbling. stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired. Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
