Cheese And Prune Filling
Ingredients
22 gr raisins
16 ml cognac
240 ml cream cheese
50 gr sugar
8 gr flour
1 egg yolk

16 ml sour cream
1 gr lemon rind
2 gr vanilla
1 prunes
3 gr lemon rind
1 gr nutmeg
3 bsp
4 gr orange rind
180 gr coarsely walnuts
26 gr sugar grind prunes
140 gr poppy seeds
110 gr butter
120 ml honey
30 ml cream
85 gr raisins
5 ml orange peel pour enough boiling water over poppy seeds to cover
3 times using the finest blade of the meat grinder
300 gr almonds
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
110 gr melted butter
85 gr sultana raisins
4 gr vanilla grate nuts
150 gr soft butter
5/8 orange marmalade
150 gr coarsely
3 tart apples
1 gr lemon rind
2 gr vanilla
24 gr cinnamon
Instructions
sugar quarter cup currants 1 tsp. lemon juice Peel apples. Grate them on a coarse grater so that the apple pulp is in shreds. Discard cores. Add all remaining ingredients. Use as soon as possible to prevent apples from darkening.
