Cheese Filling
Ingredients
22 gr raisins
16 ml cognac
240 ml cream cheese
50 gr sugar
8 gr flour
1 egg yolk
5 gr melted butter
16 ml sour cream
1 gr lemon rind
2 gr vanilla
Instructions
Mix raisins with cognac. Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour. Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, sour cream, lemon rind, and vanilla. Add cognac-soaked raisins.
