Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

220 gr wheat flour
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
26 gr sugar
85 gr cheddar cheese
1 egg
240 ml skim milk
55 gr butter

Instructions

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add thecheese and blend well. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combinethe egg, milk and margarine and add the mixture to the dry ingredients,stirring until just moistened and no flour streaks remain. Spoon the mixinto muffin tins that have been sprayed with a non-stick spray, filling 0.66666666666667rds full. Bake at 200ÂșC . for 20 to 25 minutes or until doneand lightly browned. Serve warm.
