Cheese Squash Casserole

Ingredients

6 squash
1 onion
230 gr butter cracker crumbs
120 gr cheese
60 ml milk
1 package parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cut up squash and onions. Cook in small amount of water until done; drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, saving some of the cheese for top. Bake in greased dish at 180ÂșC or 25 minutes. By: Hazel Gordon
