Cheeseburger Chowder

Ingredients

450 gr beef
2 potatoes
50 gr onion
18 gr green pepper
16 gr beef base
1 gr salt
600 ml milk
24 gr flour
110 gr cheddar

Instructions

In large pot brown beef, drain. Stir in veggies, base, salt, and 1.5 cups water. Cover and cook til veggies are tender. 15-20 minutes. Blend half cup milk with the flour. Add to saucepan along with remaining milk. Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. Add cheese. Heat and stir til cheese melts.
