Cheesecake Ala Linda

Ingredients

230 ml phila brand cream
450 ml sour cream room
6 eggs
450 gr sugar
14 gr vanilla
4 gr cinnamon
280 gr vanilla wafers
110 gr butter melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ºC . Combine ingredients for crust and press into botton of greased 25 cm springform pan. Mix the filling ingredients and beat until well mixed, do not overbeat! Pour filling mixture in pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Recipe By : Her Aunt Hazel
