Cheese'n Apple Soup

Ingredients

75 gr margarine
40 gr flour
1 gr salt
600 ml milk
1,000 gr gouda cheese
240 ml apple juice

Instructions

Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add juice; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Makes four 1.25 cup servings.
