Cheesy Salmon Supper

Ingredients

2 packages salmon
7 3/4 cans
16 ml lemon juice
2 eggs
160 gr rolled oats
120 gr cheese
30 gr onion
50 gr celery
65 gr carrots
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr parsley flakes
1 package cream of mushroom soup
180 ml milk
1/2 cream
1/2 milk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except soup and milk. Bake in a loaf tin or a casserole dish in a 180ÂșC oven for 40 45 minutes. Remove from pan. Combine soup and milk, heat and pour over the loaf as a sauce.
