Cheesy Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

9 pastry shell unbaked
120 gr swiss cheese
16 gr all purpose flour
3 eggs
240 ml cream
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 190ÂșC for 10 dozen minutes. Cool on rack. Cook spinach accordingto package direc tions; drain well. Cut cheese into 1 cm slices; toss with flour; set aside. Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach and cheese.
